Co-founder Jason Cunningham was working at Microsoft when he was tapped to open Sotheby’s real estate in Northern California. After growing up sweeping the floors of empty houses for his parents’ real estate business, he came to Sotheby’s with one simple goal: to drive revenue in the real estate market by leveraging the automation power of technology.

There wasn’t enough marketing team manpower to keep up with the rapid growth being generated at Sotheby's. And there wasn’t enough time to continuously update each broker website and social media account with fresh content. So Jason perfected the process. Then he perfected the tech.
