Before you start

How does ex.plo.re find the right brand?

We start with your brokerage and use the right logos, colors and brand style whenever we already have them available.

Most agents should not have to upload a logo, hunt for the correct brokerage color or rebuild a brand kit every time they make an ad. We want the marketing to feel right from the beginning while still giving the agent room to build a strong local presence.

Can one MLS entry power the rest of my marketing?

Yes. Once we connect your approved MLS feed, the listing details and photos become the starting point for your website, social and email campaigns. Your team works from the same information instead of entering it again in each tool. Your plan and feed permissions determine publishing, approvals and the work our team handles.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes, of course, if your current website is actually helping your business grow. It should capture leads, display your listings or inventory correctly, work well on mobile, and connect naturally with your email, social and advertising.

If it is an older website that mainly looks nice but does not help capture or grow business, we may recommend improving or replacing it instead of spending money working around it. For real estate, we generally prefer MLS-integrated websites built or substantially updated after 2023. You can also get your first website draft free and compare it with what you have now.

Can it support a brokerage instead of one agent?

Yes. We can support one agent, a team, an office or a larger brokerage while keeping the brand consistent.

The problem gets bigger as more agents join. Everyone needs listings marketed, ads made, emails sent and leads followed up. We help give agents better support without forcing the marketing team to rebuild every campaign by hand.

What does local domination mean in real estate?

It means being consistently visible and useful in the neighborhoods where you want more business.

Every new listing, open house, sale, market update and neighborhood question gives you another reason to be seen. We help turn those everyday moments into useful marketing so your name does not disappear between transactions.

What does each listing produce?

A single listing can support its website page, email, social posts, ads, brochures, flyers, mailers and follow-up.

Most agents already have the hard part: the listing, photos, price, description and story. The waste happens when the same information gets rebuilt seven different times. We help reuse the good work so your team can move faster.

How does the performance guarantee work?

Results vary by market, offer, budget and follow-up. Book a call to review your current cost per qualified lead and agree on a measurable target.

Eligible managed engagements approaching $6,000 per month can include weekly CEO calls and a written money-back performance agreement. Eligibility, measurement period and refund terms must be agreed before you commit.

What does my company own?

Your company keeps all leads generated, the social media audience and momentum you build, and the useful documents, campaign intelligence and marketing assets created for your brand. We want the work to make your company stronger, not make your customer relationships dependent on us.

With a wider rollout, your brand can also make much better use of its organic network. With participating brokers and approved account connections, you can publish through broker social networks such as LinkedIn for $0 in media cost per impression and reach approved email lists of past leads and clients. The question leadership should also ask is: what reach, relationships and momentum are we leaving unused if we do not connect this?

Can I take the website with me if I cancel?

Yes. If we built the website, it can be transferred so you can host it elsewhere.

Live MLS feeds, database connections, search tools and automation we operate do not automatically transfer. We will explain what stays with the site and what your next provider needs to reconnect.
