Rainy day or evening entertainment is supplemented with 3 SmartTVs throughout for when the fish aren't biting.

This TVA-Registered Floating Cabin has completed it's electrical inspection and (UPDATED 5/22/26) a grey water holding tank has just been installed and the previous black water tanks have been upgraded to a larger single tank. Now TVA 26a permitted!

The attached Concrete dock's flotation must be replaced by 2031 to remain in compliance with TVA's Floating Cabin Regulations.
