To Send or Schedule a Seller Report:

Click Here: access.sir.com
Go to the Menu Button in the Upper Left
Select Apps & Tools
Open ListHub
Select “Inventory” in the Top Navigation Bar
Find your Property and Click on “Seller Report”
At the top you can choose “Send Or Schedule”

*Recommendation: Select the “Without Inquiries, With Contact Info” at the bottom. This creates a report that only shows Number of Views, and does not show “Zero Leads”

To create a Facebook Page:
  1. Go to facebook.com/pages/create
  2. Click to choose a Page category.
  3. Select a more specific category from the dropdown menu and fill out the required information.
  4. Click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

To share a link, copy the URL from desired link. Then visit your Facebook Business page and Paste the link as a Status Update

 

To edit a post that you’ve shared from your Page:
  1. Hover over the post.
  2. Click in the top-right corner and select Edit Post.
  3. Edit your post and click Done Editing.

 

Invite People to Like Your Page

To access this feature, simply click on the number of likes under every post on your page. You’ll automatically get a list of every user who has ‘liked’ the post, and, on the right of each user’s name,  you can invite them with just one click!

You can Invite Your Friends to like the page, by selecting the “More” option on your Business Page!

Email Marketing should be easy!

We highly recommend you use 1 of these email clients:

Apple Mail

Gmail.com

 

You can forward your Personally Branded Emails to your marketing group. Be sure to BCC when sending to multiple contacts!

 

To create a group in Apple Mail

  • Open Contacts.
  • Select File | New Group from the menu.
  • Type the desired name of your new mailing list.
  • Press Enter.

How to create a contact group in GMAIL

  1. Click on the Mail drop-down menu icon on the top left of your Gmail inbox
  2. Click Contacts
  3. Check the box next to the names you’d like to add to your contact group
  4. Go to the top of the list and click on the group icon
  5. Now you can either create a new group or add to existing group
  6. Your group will then show up under my contact on the left side of your screen

How to use contact groups

  1. Compose an email
  2. Instead of typing someone’s email address in the BCC field, type in the name of the group you want to send to
  3. Gmail & Apple Mail will automatically generate the email addresses in that group
