Forward head: The well-appointed forward head features a sink to starboard with storage beneath and a large, mirrored medicine/storage area above, flanked by lockers. The head is positioned on the centerline forward.
To port is the separate shower area, featuring a removable teak seat with a large locker behind it. Farther forward is a second marble countertop with additional locker, drawer, and cubby storage beneath.
The space offers 6' of headroom and excellent ventilation and natural light through two overhead hatches and two opening portlights, complemented by three overhead lights.
Forward stateroom: Immediately aft of the forward head is the comfortable forward stateroom, featuring a 72" x 42" x 32" Pullman berth to port. Three large drawers are located beneath the forward end of the berth, while the remainder provides convenient top-access storage.
A fiddled shelf extends across the foot of the berth. Along the hull above the bunk are a double-door shelving locker, two fiddled shelves, and an open storage area at the head of the berth, with a teak grab rail above.
To starboard is a center-mounted vanity with a mirrored-door locker above and drawer and locker storage below. A hanging locker is located forward of the vanity, with a double-door locker aft; each is complemented by fiddled shelf space above.
Two stainless-steel reading lights, three overhead lights, two opening portlights, an overhead hatch, and a Hella fan provide excellent lighting and ventilation. Headroom is 6'4".
Saloon: With 6'5" of headroom, the spacious saloon provides comfortable living space for most guests. To starboard is a 70" x 24" straight settee with storage behind the backrest. Above are two double-door lockers, with louvered teak doors forward and a stained-glass door aft. The aft locker conceals a pull-out TV unit that rotates for convenient viewing. The forward locker contains three shelves and houses the DVD player.
Opposite, the L-shaped port-side settee provides additional comfortable seating and converts to an 86" x 40" berth when needed. Storage is located behind the settee, with matching double-door lockers and shelving above. Fiddled shelves are positioned between the lockers.
An oval dinette table with drop leaves is positioned at the settee and is height adjustable.
Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch, four opening portlights, a Hella fan, and two dorade vents. Four overhead lights and two stainless-steel reading lights illuminate the space.
Navigation Station: Located along the corridor aft and against the hullside, the navigation station offers 6'2" of headroom and an efficient, thoughtfully arranged workspace.
The U-shaped station features raised fiddles around the countertops and a large chart table with additional storage. Beneath the forward counter is a shelved locker, while the aft section contains two drawers and another locker.
A swing-out swivel navigation chair provides easy access to the navigation equipment and electrical panels while folding neatly out of the passageway when not in use.
Electronics are organized for convenient operation, with a teak chartbook rack, teak handheld VHF holders, and a dedicated binocular holder mounted above the navigation table. Along the centerline bulkhead, the electrical panels and controls are neatly arranged. An opening portlight and two overhead lights complete the space.
Galley: The spacious galley aboard SANGARIA II offers an impressive amount of storage, generous refrigeration capacity, and an efficient layout.
Laminate countertops feature a tall teak fiddle throughout. At the salon end, adjacent to the base of the companionway, an L-shaped counter incorporates a deep double stainless-steel sink. Beneath the sink on the companionway side is a rubbish bin concealed behind a louvered door, while the galley side provides additional locker storage.
Continuing around the counter are two drawers with a locker beneath, followed by the four-burner stove and oven with dedicated pots-and-pans storage below. Farther aft are the top- and front-loading refrigeration compartments, followed by a top-loading freezer.
Above the countertops along the hull are four sets of shelves with louvered sliding doors, providing substantial galley storage.
Along the cockpit side of the passageway is a wide, deep two-shelf locker with sliding doors. Beneath it are insulated access doors to the engine room and generator space.
The galley has 6'2" of headroom and is ventilated by three opening portlights and a Hella fan, with several overhead lights providing ample illumination.
Aft Head: The aft head is accessible from both the saloon and the aft master stateroom—a particularly convenient arrangement that allows movement between the master cabin and head without passing through the galley.
Entering from the saloon, guests first enter the dedicated shower compartment. The shower features a teak seat with a large locker behind it, a shelf for toiletries, and two towel bars. A shower curtain separates the shower from the remainder of the head. Headroom is 6' in the shower.
Aft of the shower is the main head compartment. Along the centerline is an access panel to the generator space, with a large cubby and two fiddled shelves above, currently used for towel storage.
Along the hullside is the toilet and an angled, fiddled marble countertop with an oval sink. Storage includes a drawer and locker beneath the sink, as well as a laminate-faced locker behind the toilet. Above the countertop are a double-door locker and a sliding mirrored medicine cabinet.
An opening portlight, dorade vent, and two overhead lights provide ventilation, natural light, and illumination. Headroom throughout is 6'.
Aft Master Stateroom: The aft master stateroom is a bright, airy, and exceptionally spacious cabin centered around a comfortable queen-size island berth. Headroom is 6'4".
The berth is raised three steps above the cabin sole, with two large drawers incorporated into the edge of the second step. Extensive lift-up storage is built into the steps and surrounding areas, maximizing the available space.
Vertical teak staving adds warmth and character throughout the cabin. Two sets of double-door lockers flank the berth, while a single-door hanging locker is located forward to port along with an additional double-door locker. Fiddled shelf space is provided above these lockers.
Teak grab rails surround the berth, providing secure handholds and adding to the traditional nautical character of the cabin.
At the forward end of the master stateroom are dedicated doors leading to both the galley and aft head. Between these doors is a stack of double-door lockers. The lower compartment provides generator access, the middle and tallest compartment is a deep shelving locker, and the upper compartment offers additional storage.
Ventilation is excellent, with two 12-volt fans, an overhead hatch, a dorade vent, and five opening portlights surrounding the cabin. Four overhead lights provide even illumination throughout.
