NEW 2026 REPOWER — APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS
AMBITIOUS is a 2019 Invincible 42 Open that was repowered in May 2026 with NEW Quad Mercury SeaPro 350 engines, currently showing approximately two hours.
Importantly, AMBITIOUS is also configured for use as a towed tender, making her particularly attractive as a tender or support boat for a larger motor yacht. Rather than investing in an older center console and then undertaking a major repower and towing setup, AMBITIOUS offers both already completed.
Captain-maintained and finished in Awlgrip Flag Blue, she combines Invincible's offshore capability with an extensive Garmin electronics package, FLIR thermal imaging, GOST tracking, GEM carbon-fiber outriggers, dive door and flexible seating.

Invincible boats are equipped with a sea chest in the aft bilge compartment to consolidate through hull fittings and provide an easier means of replacing pumps. The sea chest includes several fittings and features to make operation of your Invincible simple.
Both the saltwater and freshwater wash-down pumps are in the aft machinery space. They are both demand type pumps which means they can be switched on at the helm but will not start pumping until there is a demand for water such as opening the spigot or faucet. Saltwater is taken from your live-well pump box and fresh water comes from your onboard water tank.
Each baitwell includes 1 filling for each pump, a drain at the bottom of the well, and a pair of drains at the top for the overflow of the well. The fills are aimed at along the tank side to circulate water within the well and keep bait fresh. The number of fills in the well is equal to the number of pumps for that well. Between the pump and the fill is a valve to shut off the hose as mentioned in the sea chest section.
• Bilge drain: The lowest fitting in the center is the screw in drain plug
• Deck scuppers: The two large center thru-hulls which have rubber flaps on them, these have shut off valves on them accessible from the aft machinery hatch
• Live-well drains: The two smaller outboard thru-hulls are the drains for your two live-wells, these also have shut off valves on them
• High-speed pick-up: This tube supplies water to the live-well pump box
• Covers for helm seats and console
• Console and bench seat forward of console
• Corner bench seat covers
• Rear fold-out jump seats
• Port and starboard aft corner loungers (removable)
• Forward U-shape seating (removable)
