The cockpit of the 38 GLS is designed as a large open entertaining space with approximately 120 square feet dedicated to relaxation and social gatherings.

A spacious U-shaped aft lounge finished in Ochre Sunbrella marine upholstery provides seating for multiple guests and converts into a large sun pad. The seating layout offers excellent views of the water and easy access to the swim platform.

The starboard side Beach Door folds down electronically to create a beach style platform that connects the cockpit with the swim platform. When deployed, the door significantly expands the entertainment area and creates an ideal location for swimming, boarding, or relaxing at anchor. Safety systems prevent operation while the engines are running. 

Opposite the seating area is a full cockpit wet bar featuring a Corian countertop, sink, refrigerator, and dedicated storage. A black electric cockpit grill and ice maker located below the helm seat add convenience when entertaining guests.

A retractable cockpit table rises from the centerline and comfortably seats six for outdoor dining. Mocha colored SeaDek decking runs throughout the cockpit and swim platform, providing both style and secure footing.

The bow area offers a large sun lounge formed by two chaise style cushions that convert to a full sun pad using a center filler cushion. A grey foredeck shade system provides sun protection while relaxing at anchor.

Stainless steel bow rails provide safe movement forward and a polished stainless-steel anchor sits within the bow anchor locker.

The anchoring system includes an electric windlass and a dedicated anchor wash down system for easy maintenance after use.

The reinforced composite transom supports the triple Mercury outboards mounted on a performance bracket. The swim platform is finished in Mocha SeaDek decking and provides safe water access through a stainless-steel boarding ladder. Underwater lights illuminate the water around the vessel, creating an impressive appearance at night and enhancing visibility while swimming.

The vessel is equipped with a comprehensive systems package suitable for coastal cruising and extended days on the water. A 5Kw Cummins diesel generator provides independent power for onboard systems including air conditioning and appliances. Climate control is provided by a Webasto marine air conditioning system. There is a single fuel tank providing approximately 335 gallons of fuel capacity.
