The Tartan 3500 has a lovely interior configuration. All areas feel spacious in their own rights and work well together. She has a warm and inviting interior with teak bulkheads and cabinetry yet is still bright with plenty of overhead hatches and port lights for excellent ventilation and light. She has two private sleeping cabins. Starting forward is a full width V-berth with drawers under, hanging locker to port, cabinet to starboard, built-in step for easy access to the berth, overhead hatch and opening portlights. Moving aft you enter the Main salon with a settee to port and L-shaped dinettee to starboard. She has a fixed centerline table with drop leaves allowing dining from both sides of the salon. Shelves and cabinets are outboard on both sides for additional storage. Aft of the settee on port is the large enclosed head, here you will find the toilet, vanity with sink, a designated shower area with seat, and storage outboard and under the sink. Aft of the head compartment is the second stateroom. The aft stateroom has a large berth with built-in outboard headboard, hanging locker and opening portlight. Opposite the head to starboard is a large U-shaped, fully equipped galley and aft of the galley is the Navigation station. Centerline companionway leads to the cockpit as well as access to the engine compartment.

Though it is old there is custom bedding that is very serviceable

Nice, working U-shaped galley with formica counter tops and lovely teak cabinetry. The galley wraps around you making it an excellent "Sea Galley".
