*To qualify, Client must run the full ex.plo.re system for 90 consecutive days: LUX website + email + social on the primary domain, Google campaigns managed by Matt, and site/email/social + past-client list distribution managed by Cloe. If leads are unsatisfactory after 90 days, Client may request a review; ex.plo.re may contact leads to verify serious intent/qualification. If review shows Client failed to properly follow up on real intent/qualified leads, no refund is granted.

Approved refunds are 50% of total fees paid for the first 90 days, minus a $248.50 lead-review survey cost: ($5,899 × 3 ÷ 2) − $248.50 = $8,600.

Optional: Client may waive the refund and continue Google ad spend, with ex.plo.re working month 4 free.
